Fantastic news… Nationwide Building Society in partnership with Blue Sky has just won an award for Staff Development Programme of the Year at the IT Training Awards – www.ittrainingawards.co.uk (Dorchester, London – 3 February 2011). The programme’s objective was to “invest in their people to become a world class call centre for sales and service” and the results were immediate and improved over a 12 month period with 82% of the call centre team feeling ‘more valued’ as a result of the training and a 50% increase in general insurance sales, with a 31% decrease in call volumes. We are thrilled for the team, their efforts and success.
